Prof. Wang Xueyu has attained a subsidy from the China-EU relations research project "Compass Program"(2017-2018) which was initiated by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the People's Republic of China, and Prof. Wang’s project was named "Research on Security Concepts and Policies in East Asia of the European Union and its Major Member States".
The "Compass Program" aims to encourage and support research on the EU, European countries and Sino-European relations, to raise the level of European studies in China, and to promote communication and cooperation between China and Europe.
